I found my garage door springs and cables busted on a Friday. Mr Mark was out Monday morning to make the repairs. He had the parts on the truck. He explained in detail what repairs he would be making and the expected cost. Repairs we made promptly and I arrived home from work to a working garage door. Everything from the ease of scheduling, to the text messages confirming the appointment time was seamless. Will definitely use Precision in the future.

Precision Door has always given great service, both when they installed a new motor and door-opening system five years ago and recently when we needed service. Austin, the young man who came to our house, was extremely courteous and efficient, and we appreciated the text and phone updates regarding their visit that day. Scheduling online was easy and fast.
